So excited to order the bag. Stayed up until it could be ordered. Ordered 1 on line and 1 on phone., just in case one bags order could not be filled for some reason. I received both. The bag is adorable, BUT, it's too small. Nothing fits in it and it was expensive. For the price it needs to b bigger and certainly needs to hold a phone. So disappointed, but I kept one. Tried to sell the other one. No takers. Returned it to the store.

I was so excited to order this bag as a longtime Coach and Disney lover. However, when I opened my shipment my excitement quickly faded. The bag is SO SMALL. And with the kisslock functionality the inside fits even less. My phone doesn't fit, my keys don't fit. For the price I expected the bag to be something I could use daily, but with the size I'll be lucky to use it a few times a year since I can't fit anything inside of it. It's such a cute bag, but I need a bag I can use, not just look at.

I submitted a review about a week ago, but for some reason it is not showing up on the website.
Anyways, I was so excited to receive this bag in yellow and saddle. First I received yellow bag and it was a defect item. Kiss lock was not placed in the middle of the bag and looks completely crooked. It is quite obvious when you lift it by the leather handle. This bag also has a loose kiss lock, which doesn't keep shut while carried at all.....it just pops open. Then I received a saddle bag, bag looked perfect and new, but it has the same kiss lock problem.....it is too loose and doesn't stay shut. I also bought a kiss lock wristlet, and kiss lock on the wristlet works great. I don't know what is going on with the quality control with Coach for this particular bags, but I am not happy especially now these bags are completely sold out and limited edition. Coach should have some items on side to exchange in case of quality issue like this, so customer like me will not miss out because of the Coach's quality issue.
