Complaints or concerns relating to Coach’s accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters and other items required by applicable law will be referred to the Chair of Coach’s Audit Committee and the Lead Outside Director of Coach’s Board.
Matters relating to Coach’s Global Business Integrity Program may also be reported according to the procedures described above.
