How do I cancel an online order?
Coach ships orders, with only a few exceptions, within 2-3 working days of the date they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com, or call the Coach Consumer Service at 1-888-262-6224.
How will I know Coach received my online order?
Once you place an order with coach.com, we will provide you with a confirmation number and summary of your order. In addition, we will send you an order confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive your confirmation information within 24 hours, feel free to call Coach Consumer Service at 1-888-262-6224, to confirm that Coach has received your order.
