Returns

Where do I send my return?

We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. You may return your item(s) to either a Coach Full Price Store or ship your item(s) to our Returns department.

New, unused Full Price merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Coach Store with an original Coach receipt or mail order packing invoice.

New, unused Full Price merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit with a gift receipt.

New, unused Factory merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit only in Full Price stores with an original Coach receipt or gift receipt.

Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

Returns from the U.S.
For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:

Returns from Canada
To return an order which was shipped to Canada, simply return your items to a Coach Canadian Store. To view a list of Coach store locations in Canada, please visit our list the Store Locator.

Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges. Coach reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Returns from a purchase using PayPal
We will be glad to issue a refund to the original PayPal account for any new and unused merchandise returned to our Jacksonville facility within 1 year of purchase (see above for address).  After a year, new and unused merchandise purchased via a PayPal account and returned will be refunded via a merchandise credit.  At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for orders paid via PayPal, as we have no pay method to bill the order against.  We can offer a merchandise credit, which may be applied toward the purchase of a new item.

We will be glad to exchange or issue a merchandise credit for merchandise paid for with PayPal and returned to a Coach store. Refunds for items purchased using PayPal will only be issued when merchandise is returned to our Jacksonville facility. Unfortunately, we cannot offer PayPal refunds for in-store returns.

Monogramming
Monogrammed items may not be exchanged or returned.
New and unused bags may be returned, if the monogram is included on the removable Coach hangtag.
