Step 1: Explore Coach.com. When you reach the product page, view availability for Store Pickup by clicking "Pickup/Find at a Coach Store"
Step 2: Enter your zip code and/or state and you will be provided with a list of Coach stores near you with the product in stock. Select the location most convenient for you and click on the "Save and Pick Up In Store" button.
Step3: Once you have completed the checkout process online, you will receive 2 separate emails . Your order will be ready when the Pickup Email has been sent to you.
Order Confirmation Email: Received as soon as your order is placed and confirms that your order is being processed.
Pickup Email: Received within 3 hours of Order Confirmation Email (during store hours) and will alert you that your order is available for pick up.
Step 4: Upon receipt of your Pickup Email, you may go to the Coach store and pick up your order. Please bring the following:
What if Store Pickup does not appear on a product page?
If the Store Pickup button does not appear on the product page, that item is currently not available for Store Pickup.
What if I place a Store Pickup order when the store is closed?
If you place your order online during hours when the store is closed, you can expect to receive the Pickup Email within three hours of the store re-opening. You may find store hours of operation in our Store Locator.
What if my Pickup Email did not arrive within 3 hours?
If it is during store hours and your Pickup Email did not arrive as expected within 3 hours, please contact Coach Customer Service at 1-888-262-6224.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
If you do not pick up your order within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled. Your credit card will not be charged. Please note that it may take several days for your bank to remove the temporary authorization from your credit card. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding pending authorizations.
Who can pick up the order?
For credit card purchases, only the individual named on the credit card can pick up the order.
How can I return my order?
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. Please return you item(s) to a Coach full price store or see our return policy for details on mailing your return to our warehouse.
How do I change or cancel my order?

Can I place an order for Store Pickup outside the Continental U.S.?
Unfortunately, at this time Store Pickup is not available outside the continental U.S.
Are gift cards available through Store Pickup?
At this time, you cannot purchase a gift card through Store Pickup. Gift cards are of course available for purchase directly from a Coach store. It only takes a few minutes for the sales associates to process the card.
If an item is not available at my local Coach store, can it be shipped from coach.com to the store?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship from coach.com to the store at this time. Items on coach.com can be shipped directly to you. Simply complete the online checkout process and fill in your shipping address when prompted.
Can I select different forms of delivery and pickup locations for items in my shopping bag within the same order?
You may select alternate methods of shipment and multiple pickup locations within the same order. Simply follow the instructions within the checkout process.
Can I change my pickup location during the order process?
Yes, simply click on "select a new location" for your Store Pickup item(s) within the shopping bag, or in checkout.
