Coach (Re)Loved
Everyone loves a comeback. Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Legacy Penny Shoulder Purse is a very special Coach custom design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Sourced from the shelves of our Coach Repair Workshop (and saved from the landfill), this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.
Reimagined by Eunice Chang with a smattering of knotted Tea Roses, riveted leaves and a tumble of dense fringe for a modern bohemian touch, this compact style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Fernando Gutierrez, Nicole Izquierdo and Yngrid Pichardo Baez hand-decorated the flap with tonal leather blooms and mixed-finish studded leaves, attached cascading suede fringe along the edges, replaced the binding, repaired anchor threads, refreshed under the flap, then added a long strap and a playful repurposed charm. Crafted of buttery soft glovetanned leather, the Penny shoulder purse features our turnlock closure and is finished with a long strap for shoulder or crossbody wear.
