I have used these glasses now a couple of time ok for driving or in shade but not in dazzling sunlight outside. Having said that the arms and hinges are fantastic really firm on movement give confidence they wont break like flimsy ones. Glasses are a bit narrow at front though I would have preferred them a little wider to make them more flattering on the face. wider lenses that is.. Already family want to prise them of me LOL no way!!

Just arrived. Saw these online and loved the C&H design. Disappointed in colour of lens, a lot darker that the picture implied and gradient is not noticeable unless they are placed in front of reflected white paper. I bought them on assumption they were musch lighter lens colour. So will keep them for present to someone.
But I cannot fault the hinge on arms with C&H absolutely brilliant, gorgeous and beautiful to look at, the actual hinge is a reminder of days gone ny Art Deco.
Maybe, more arms like these on ladies glasses
