Bag is not worth the price
I bought this exact bag in camel about 4 years ago for $485. About 2 later, the screw holding the strap fell out. At that point I may have used the bag about 3 times as it’s not a bag for everyday use. I took it back to the store I bought it where I was asked to pay $75 for it to be shipped back to Coach to be fixed. A month later, it was returned to me with a note advising that it cannot be fixed. Interestingly, the bag being advertised is listed as “refurbished”. Note, my $75 was not returned.
