This was a gift. The person who received them, loved them.

I thought these would be hard to break in. They feel like slippers. Love them. So glad I got them. ❤️ Comfy and cool.

This is high quality beautifully made boot but it was not for me. If you have thicker ankles it will not be comfy. I think it runs little small in general. Giving it 4 stars because leather is stiff and seems it would not be very comfortable at least first few wears.

Just about every time I wear a pair of Coach boot I get a compliment, and I have a few. This particular pair was such a great style and sale price that I couldn't resist. I have Coach boots that are all leather which are more comfortable. These boots have a synthetic sole and lining which makes them stiff and not so soft inside as my leather ones which are comfortable to wear all day. The heel height of these boots is perfect and very stylish and I love the stud decoration. I understand for the price point that these boots are not all leather but I hope that Coach will continue to make boots that are all leather because they last well with care and just get more comfortable.

Zipper is very hard to pull up and it's tiny so it hurts your fingers
