Custom Lana Shoulder Bag 23

Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Lana Shoulder Bag 23 is a very special Coach custom design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined with a bohemian-inspired vibe by Eunice Chang featuring golden rivets, gleaming grommets and swingy fringe details, this sleek style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Ella Mulley, Alfred Deaza and Yngrid Pichardo Baez hand-decorated the front with distinctive embellishments, repaired threads, refreshed the front handle, then added a playful charm featuring a leather tassel and our fringed Coach Hangtag. A wardrobe hero for every day, Lana combines easy organization with sophisticated good looks. Detailed with our Signature hardware, the compact polished pebble leather 23 has a center slip compartment to secure belongings, two open compartments and a detachable crossbody strap for versatile wear.
