This is as expected but understand it was not a planned purchase. I have been using the planner the next size up. But for the second consecutive year COACH poorly planned and still doesn’t have the other refill in stock. Not only s it not in stock, they have not eta to report. Last year they kept customers hanging until mid-December. This is what COACH has come to, what they consider customer service. With that said, I’ve returned to my 3x5 planner to compliment my 6x8. Who knows how long until they do this to the next planner.

Was great except finding a cover

Have ordered this for years except its much smaller this year. Somewhat disappointed.

Unfortunately, the size had changed and is much smaller than previously.

Item is ok. I still have the small planner book that has the rings like an old loose leaf notebook. I wish you guys could go back to selling those refills. These new age refills make the planner hard to close.
