Everyone loves a comeback. Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Saddle 23 is a very special Coach custom design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Sourced from the shelves of our Coach Repair Workshop (and saved from the landfill), this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.
Reimagined with a fiery graphic inspired by 1980s metal band merch featuring Coach iconography wickedly hand-painted by Rose Oliva, this equestrian-inspired style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Nicole Izquierdo and Yngrid Pichardo Baez conditioned the leather, replaced buckles and interior snaps, repaired edgestain on exterior and interior, mended stitches on the strap and underside of flap, spot-painted the back and interior, then added a playful repurposed charm. When we first introduced our original No. 9170 Classic Pouch bag in 1972, its simple functionality and timeless design made it an overnight classic. Today, we've reimagined it in luxuriously refined glovetanned leather with a soft leather lining and contrast edge painting for a playful pop of color.
