Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Bandit Shoulder Bag is a very special Coach custom design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.
Reimagined with sleek hand-laced whipstitching for a pop of color and rich depth by Savannah Sutton, this sophisticated style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftsperson Fernando Gutierrez embellished the flap with rich whipstitching, attached edge binding to the front pocket in the same shade, affixed a patch to the back flap and dimensional Tea Roses to the back pocket, replaced the Signature hardware, refreshed the lining and back pocket, then added a playful repurposed charm. Detailed with our C pushpin closure, the flap front Bandit is crafted of buttery soft glovetanned leather and luxe silky haircalf printed with a bold leopard pattern inspired by archival 1960s designs of Bonnie Cashin, our first lead designer. It features two organized compartments, a secure interior snap pocket and a shoulder strap that adjusts for crossbody wear.
