Custom Prairie Satchel With Chain

Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Prairie Satchel is a very special Coach custom design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined by Savannah Sutton with a medley of mixed-finish border rivets for a punctuated finish, this take-everywhere style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftsperson Jose Reyna and Yngrid Pichardo Baez hand-decorated the front with polished stars and studs, replaced the hardware, refreshed the lining, repaired the edgestain on top, then added a playful repurposed charm. Crafted of lightweight pebble leather with a bit of sheen, this gracefully curved shape is finished with a slender strap and an elegant chain detail that detaches for a different look.
