Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Lana Shoulder Bag is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined with a powerfully pink Varsity vibe by Andrew Kaefer featuring bold patches and striking pins, this go-anywhere style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Ella Mulley and Yngrid Pichardo Baez hand-decorated the front with a mix of whimsical Coach embellishments including our founding year, refreshed the exterior and lining, replaced the feet and magnetic snap hardware, restitched the binding on handle, then added a playful repurposed charm. A wardrobe hero for every day, Lana combines easy organization with sophisticated good looks. Detailed with our Signature hardware, the polished pebble leather design has a center zip compartment to secure belongings and two open compartments with room to hold a sweater or an extra pair of shoes.
