Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Swinger Bag is a very special Coach custom design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.
Reimagined with striking textural interest featuring a panel of leather remnants woven in a beautiful basketweave by Andrew Kaefer, this streamlined style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Jose Reyna, Alfred Deaza and Yngrid Pichardo Baez applied a woven front panel from a mix of salvaged leather pieces, repaired zipper tape threads, then added edge binding and a playful repurposed charm. The Swinger Bag is part of The Coach Originals, a collection of archival-inspired bags that celebrates our legacy and authentic New York heritage. This Signature jacquard style is based on a 1987 Coach design reimagined for today. Featuring our iconic turnlock closure, the zip-top short-strap shoulder bag sits just beneath the underarm for hands-free convenience and includes a detachable strap to wear crossbody.
