Upcrafted Rogue 25 In Regenerative Leather

Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Rogue 25 is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined with a colorful vibe and textural interest featuring a panel of leather remnants handwoven in a beautiful basketweave by Savannah Sutton, this top-handle style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Jose Montero, Alfred Deaza and Yngrid Pichardo Baez applied a woven flap panel from a mix of salvaged leather pieces, attached a sweet heart patch to the inside, then added a repurposed long strap and playful charm. Inspired by free spirits, rebels and dreamers, the aptly named Rogue is a go-anywhere bag. Crafted to last, the leather* is sourced from farms that use regenerative agricultural practices – those that help maintain and rejuvenate grasslands, increase biological diversity, soil health and productivity, and could lead to increased carbon absorption. This colorblock 25 has two open compartments and a secure center zip compartment. It comes with detachable straps for shoulder or crossbody wear.
