What our customers think:
The Coach Brook Flap Chain Bag is valued for its timeless silhouette and compact size that holds daily essentials. Customers enjoy the soft leather and suede, the elegant gold chain and quiet branding, and the convertible straps that switch easily from shoulder to crossbody. A few customers mention the chain feels cheap or the material can mark easily, yet most find it a versatile, well made bag for day or night.
