If you'd like to exchange an item, you can do so free of charge within 30 days of receipt. All items are eligible for exchange in any Coach store. Handbags are not eligible for online exchanges. Instead, visit a Coach store to complete the exchange, or return your handbag via mail and purchase your new bag of choice online. Shoes and clothes can be exchanged online.
All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy. Original items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. All customized orders and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
