NOTE: at checkout, please make sure that your billing information matches your credit card billing address exactly (i.e., street/ city/ state/ zip code). In many cases, submitting a valid credit card number with an incorrect billing address can still result in a hold on your account. Can I place my order over the phone?

Can I cancel or change my order?

For standard shipping orders placed within 45 minutes, you may cancel by visiting My Account or Track Order and select the order you would like to cancel. You may also request to cancel via Chat or by calling 1-888-262-6224. Successful cancelations with be confirmed via email.

How will I know if Coach received my order?

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, call us at 1-888-262-6224.

What do I do if I have a question about my order?

Do you offer price adjustments?

If an item has been marked down within 7 days of your purchase, you may bring it to a Coach Retail store along with your receipt or call us at 888.262.6224 for a price adjustment. Upon request, coach.com prices will be honored in stores.

Can I order or ship Coach products outside of the United States?

Coach.com does not accept orders with billing or shipping addresses outside of the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, but you can place an international order by calling us at 1.888.262.6224.

How to add a Promotion Code:

Sitewide promotions will automatically be applied once an eligible item is added to the cart. One-time use promotion codes can be added at checkout in the "Apply Promo" box. Please ensure that all requirements are met and that the code is typed exactly as given.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. To use Klarna to pay for your purchase, choose Klarna in the checkout. Your purchase will be split into 4 interest-free payments. The first payment will be taken from your credit or debit card when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your card 14, 28, and 42 days later.

How do I pay with Klarna?

If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna, you will be able to select Klarna as a payment method during checkout. After your order is shipped, you will be charged for the first quarter of the total amount. Klarna will send a notification once the payment has been processed. You will be informed ahead of time before the next payments.

What are the conditions to sign up?

To sign up, you will need :
1. A US-issued debit or credit card. Klarna currently accepts most debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, Discover). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
2. To be 18 years of age or over
3. An SMS-capable phone number
4. A US residential address

How Do I Return Items Paid For With Klarna?

We want you to be completely happy with your Coach purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Coach.com orders made with the Klarna payment method may be returned by mail or to a Coach Retail Store for refund to the original form of payment. For refunds on these orders, items must be returned to our Jacksonville facility (see below for shipping address) or a Coach Retail Store within 30 days of purchase. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories). We're also happy to assist you with an exchange or offer merchandise credit for new, unused items returned to a Coach store within 30 days of purchase.

We're sorry, but customized items & Made to Orders cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes Coach Create or monogrammed items and cut-to-size belts. If you're not satisfied with your customized Coach Create piece, however, bring it to a Coach store with customization services and our craftsmen will switch out your embellishments for free.

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to the same card. Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered with Coach. The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of Coach logging the returned or cancelled order.

Once Coach has received the return (partial or full) and you have received our confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, Klarna shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

Can I pay before the due date?

Yes, there will be an option to pay off early in the Klarna email correspondence OR via the Klarna App.

Will I still be charged if my order is cancelled?

Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact us. Once we have confirmed the cancellation, Klarna will update your payments accordingly and you can check the status of your payments anytime in your Klarna app. Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please confirm first we have updated your payments accordingly and check if you might have already been refunded to your original payment method. If 14 days have passed since the issue of credit and you are still missing your refund, please contact Klarna for further support.

My email address is not correct. How can I change it?

You can live chat with Klarna's customer service agents 24/7 to request that your contact details be updated. Please quote your statement number if you have received a statement by post.

Will This Affect My Credit Score?

When you choose to pay over four (4) interest-free payments, Klarna may perform a soft credit check. This type of credit check will not impact your credit score.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them over time. For some orders, you may use a pay-in-4 option to make four interest-free installments over six weeks while other higher value orders may qualify for a monthly payments option with interest.

How do I pay with Afterpay?

If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Afterpay, you will be able to select Afterpay as a payment method during checkout. If you have an existing Afterpay account, you will be able to log in with your credentials. If you do not have an existing account, you may apply for one through Afterpay's application process.

What are the conditions for signing up?

For in-store shopping, you'll need to create an account, download the Afterpay app, and follow the prompts and eligibility checks to add the Afterpay Card to your digital wallet.

For online shopping, you don't need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase. When you are making a purchase, simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it's your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase. Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created. All you need to do is visit www.afterpay.com or download the Afterpay app to set up a password and you will be able to make future purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your login details during checkout.

To be eligible to use Afterpay you must:

  • Be an individual who is at least 18 years old
  • For pay-in-4 you must be a resident of the United States and reside within one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia;
  • For PayMonthly, you must reside in the United States, excluding residents of Hawaii, New Mexico, West Virginia, and Nevada.
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile telephone number;
  • Provide a valid delivery address in the United States; and
  • Be authorized to use the Payment Method provided (US-issued debit or credit card)
  • Pass identity verification (Monthly Payments)
  • Pass identity and eligibility checks (Afterpay Card)

How do I return items paid for with Afterpay?

My email address is not correct. How can I change it?

To change your email address, follow these steps below:

Via the App:

  • Log in to your Afterpay account
  • Select the “My Afterpay” tab in the bottom right corner
  • Scroll down and select “Profile details” under the “Account settings” heading
  • Select the email address field and enter your new email address
  • Enter the verification codes that are sent to your new email address / phone number.

Via the Afterpay website:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click the “account” tab in the top right-hand side of the page
  • Under the profile tab, click the “edit” button next to your old email address
  • Enter the verification codes that are sent to your new email address / phone number.
  • Re-log in using your new email address and current password. All done!

Will This Affect My Credit Score?

Afterpay may conduct a soft credit check for new customers when they first sign-up to use the platform. This soft credit check will not impact a customer’s credit score.

Soft credit checks (also known as soft pulls or soft inquiries) are very common and will not affect credit scores, will not be visible to other lenders or creditors and may or may not be recorded in credit reports, depending on the credit bureau.

Afterpay takes a number of factors into account when making a decision to approve a new customer, a soft credit check is one of those factors.

Afterpay will also do a credit check if you use the Pay Monthly option while checking out. This is part of the assessment to determine your eligibility for this product, as well as the APR that can be offered.

What is Affirm?

Affirm is a flexible, transparent, and convenient way to pay over time with options ranging from pay-in-4 to monthly installments. You choose the payment option that suits your budget and you'll never pay any late fees. Or annual fees. Or hey-it's-a-random-day-in-April fees.

How Do I Pay With Affirm?

If your cart is over $50, just select Affirm at checkout to see your payment options. Subject to eligibility.

What are the conditions to sign up?

1. Fill your cart, then select Affirm at checkout.

2. Enter your mobile number, then select Continue.

3. If it's your first time applying, you'll be prompted to create an account.

4. Enter the 4-digit verification code texted to your phone.

5. See whether you're approved for your purchase.

Contact the store directly where you bought the item to process a return or cancel the order. The store will follow their policy on returns, cancellations, missing orders, and damaged or defective items. Affirm can't cancel or refund your order until we receive confirmation from the store.

Can I pay before the due date?

Absolutely. Just log into your account in the app or at Affirm.com, navigate to Manage and select the purchase you want, then tap Make a Payment. You may even save money on interest (where applicable) by choosing to pay off your loan early.

Will I still be charged if my order is cancelled?

Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact us.
Contact the store directly where you bought the item to process a return or cancel the order. The store will follow their policy on returns, cancellations, missing orders, and damaged or defective items. Affirm can't cancel or refund your order until we receive confirmation from the store. If your loan was processed and the store has finalized the cancellation or return (which can take up to 21 days) we'll update your Affirm account with the cancellation or loan refund, as appropriate. Depending on how long it takes the store to finalize the return and how much is refunded, we'll either void the loan, which means you'll no longer see it in your Affirm account, or we'll update your loan principal balance and payment schedule.

My email address is not correct. How can I change it?

To self serve, tap or click the Update Email Address button here. You can also update this information by signing in to your account in the Affirm app or at affirm.com.

Creating an Affirm account or checking your purchasing power will not affect your credit score. Affirm payment plans and associated repayment activity will be reported to Experian. More information can be found here.

Our Commitment Against Counterfeiting

Coach and its parent company Tapestry, Inc. care about the quality, workmanship and authenticity of every product we sell. Counterfeiting is illegal. Counterfeit products do not undergo inspection processes and often do not adhere to safety, health and wage regulations, including child labor and human rights laws. Counterfeiting has been linked to organized crime, child labor, and terrorism. Counterfeits can also harm the economy, including through lost revenues, jobs and taxes. It is estimated that counterfeiting costs the United States economy 250 to 500 billion dollars a year.

Our Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeiting Efforts

To help protect our Coach brand and consumers from counterfeits, we work with law enforcement and customs officials in the United States and around the world to stop the shipment and sale of counterfeit goods. We also monitor online and offline channels for counterfeit merchandise.

Authorized Channels

Authentic Coach products are sold by Coach retail and outlet stores and online at www.coach.com, www.coachoutlet.com, world.coach.com or at authorized department stores and specialty stores. To find a store near you, visit store locator.

We do not respond to requests to authenticate product or identify authorized distributors. Please note that if a deal or price sounds too good to be true, it probably is. We do not sell our products at flea markets, through street vendors, or in kiosks in malls.

Be wary of counterfeit websites which claim to be "official." Websites offering counterfeit product often use misspellings of the actual word "Coach" in the URL. They may also imitate the layout and overall appearance of coach.com. These websites may also appear on search engine results. A few examples are: coachoutletfactory.org, coachbags.biz, coachonline.us.com

Auction websites may have counterfeit goods available for purchase despite language on the product's listing claiming that it is "authentic."

Reporting Counterfeits

You can report infringing and counterfeit listings through our counterfeit reporting form, which you can access here. You can also make a report by calling our counterfeit hotline: 1-833-768-1778. We work to combat the unauthorized production and sale of counterfeit Coach merchandise, and appreciate any information you could share to assist us in our efforts. Please provide as much information as possible, including, for example, the location of the merchandise and the type and number of products being offered for sale. Providing as much information is helpful to our anti-counterfeiting efforts.

Counterfeits can be reported using the form and the hotline anonymously. We only use your email address to file and investigate your report. You have certain rights under applicable privacy laws. Please see the applicable privacy policy at the footer of each of our brand websites in the country in which you live for more information on our data handling practices.

Why am I no longer seeing Insider benefits?

As we form new ways to connect with our community, we have decided to end the Coach Insider program. While we are no longer accepting new members, existing members can continue to redeem any remaining Insider perks through January 5, 2025.

Can I still access my Coach account?

Yes! You can continue to log in to your Coach account to view your purchase history, manage wishlists and enjoy a faster checkout.

How can I cancel my Coach Insider membership, delete my personal data or unsubscribe from marketing emails?

If you wish to delete your Coach Insider account, you can email us at coachinsider@coach.com. If you’d like all your personal data permanently deleted—including your easy access to past orders—please email privacy@tapestry.com. You may also unsubscribe from our marketing emails here. What can be repaired?

We can repair Leather Goods, like bags, wallets, wristlets and some accessories. For other items, like clothing, footwear, watches and eyewear, please give us a call at 1-800-307-0040, contact us online, or visit your local store.


How do repairs work?

You can begin your repair one of two ways:

  • In Store: Simply bring your item to any Coach store. You can find your nearest store by clicking here. At the store, our experts will guide you through the process of sending your bag to our Coach Repairs Workshop for further evaluation. Please bring a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, if possible, to assist the store associate in finding your purchase history.

  • By Mail: If you are unable to visit a Coach store, please print and include the Warranty Service Request Form found here (this document is required to evaluate your repair). You may send your item to our Coach Repairs Workshop to the address listed on the form via an insured trackable service like UPS or FedEx.
Once your item is received, you'll receive an email confirmation from the Coach Repairs Workshop. Then, our repair specialists will carefully assess your item to make sure it can be repaired without compromising its integrity. Depending on the type of repair needed, repairs can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Please note that our repair workshop is unable to remove stains or refurbish leather. If your item is deemed unrepairable, it will be returned to you and any fees charged will be automatically refunded. After your item is repaired, we'll send you an email with tracking information once it ships.


How long does a repair take?

After we email you to confirm that your item has been received and evaluated, the total repair process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.


What if my item can't be repaired? Will I get it back?

If your item cannot be repaired, our repair workshop will ship it back at no cost to you. If your item is within its one-year warranty period, has a quality issue and cannot be repaired, we will first attempt to replace your item. If the item is not available, we will send you a merchandise credit for the full value of the item, including tax.


Are repairs free?

Every repair is done by hand by our expert craftspeople in the Coach Repair Workshop to our exacting standards of quality. If your item is within its warranty period and has a quality issue, repairs are complimentary. Beyond the warranty period and/or if the issue is not related to quality, there are set fees depending on the type of service. Fees start around $40.

How does Notify Me work?

Choosing "Notify Me" and submitting your email address ensures that you'll be updated about product availability. We'll send you an email by midnight, 5am or noon after the style is back in stock and available for purchase on coach.com.


Will I receive a Notify Me signup confirmation?

No—we'll just let you know when that item is back in stock and available for immediate purchase.


What is Pre-Order?

When Pre-Order is available, you can purchase Coach products early, before they're in stock. We'll ship your Pre-Order purchase as soon as it becomes available.


How does Pre-Order work?

When you complete a Pre-Order purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a receipt of your order and an estimated shipment date.
