Leather care
We offer complimentary lifetime leather care and cleaning for all Coachtopia products. This service is available in Coach Retail stores.
Coachtopia products are crafted to last. We know that things happen, though, and sometimes bags need repair. Through our Coach (Re)Loved and Repair Workshop staffed by our expert craftspeople, we offer a comprehensive range of repair services, which you can learn more about here. Once you’ve connected your Coachtopia product, you can initiate a repair–and get an estimated cost for it– by signing into your account on coachtopia.com and visiting your “My Products” page.
We hope you love your Coachtopia product forever, but if you do decide to part with it, you can trade it in at Coach retail stores. When you do so, we’ll give you a Coach store credit in exchange—calculated by the Coach team based on the product’s original selling price and condition—which you can put towards another Coachtopia purchase.
