What our customers think:
The Coach Brooklyn Shoulder Bag 28 is valued for its rich colors, soft suede or leather, and a timeless shape that suits many outfits. Its 28 size offers roomy but compact carrying space, a magnetic closure, and a comfortable shoulder fit that earns frequent compliments. A few customers find the leather thin or prone to staining, yet most appreciate its style and practicality.

Lovely bag
The bag is perfect for what I was looking for. The only thing is that nobody helped me, didn't ask me questions, and just asked me if I wanted to buy a charm for it... I browsed and picked it myself, atendee was standoff ish.
