Gorgeous bag. A bit heavy for my taste but I still enjoy my daily commute to work with it. It’s spacious enough to fit my 14” laptop. It’s very slouchy when my laptop is removed so it won’t stand upright. That doesn’t really bother me. The inside pocket is great to carry my chapstick, wallet, keys and other misc trinkets. I wish the flap was magnetic because it doesn’t close properly at times when I’m carrying it as a shoulder bag or crossbody bag. You need to utilize the little clasp on top in order to keep the flap closed. Also wish the strap that came with a strap support or something since the bag is heavy, with or without something in it. I added one from another bag for comfort. I don’t have anything on durability since it was a recent purchase. The metal brackets do show some signs of wear so the copper shows but not much. I’ve gotten many compliments on the bag and I’m satisfied with my purchase. It’s a very fashionable work bag.
