Very comfy, plain but classy.
I bought these shoes thinking it would feel like another pair of Nike shoes. I was wrong. They are super comfortable and cushy. It's great if you are on your feet 6 to 8 hours a day.

They are very comfortable and have become my favorite pair of sneakers. Will definitely buy again. They fit perfectly on my feet. I was rather surprised with the comfort level, I must admit.

Alright
I am a size UK6 US9 and I've purchased the low top sneaker in a 7.5 and it fits perfectly. However the 7.5 in this style makes my heel pop out as I walk. Hopefully a size 7 fits properly. I wish Coachs sizing was universally accurate. There's really no reason each style is vastly different from standard sizing, even their own sizing. Still a comfy stylish shoe.
