Love this watch. It is self adjustable. I purchased it off line. I knew it would be too big for my little wrist. I went into the local Coach outlet in my town and the young lady took out 2 maybe 3 links to adjust to my wrist. No tools were needed at all to remove the links. I thought that was the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. I have bought several other brand watches where links had to be removed but I had to pay extra to take to another jewelry store to have the extra links removed. Great watch Coach!!! Way to go!!!!!
