Great quality, subpar service
Overall love the bag I use it allot more as a cross body for my everyday use. Instore experience wasn't as warm and inviting as I would have expected from previous experiences of other coach stores. This was a gift and asked for it to be boxed up and the sales rep, reluctantly said yeah and told me it would be a few minutes was never offered the option to monogram the hangtag but others were offered this. Over have loved all my previous purchases from Coach at other locations.

Classy and cute
Absolutely gorgeous bag. Small, cute and smart yet enough room for essentials and slots for cards. The cream colour works so well with summer colours and also complements and contrasts with darker winter coats. The muted metal chain and C make it super classy too. Great quality materials. All in all it’s a winner.

Gorgeous bag
I wore this bag for my graduation and was able to keep it on all day underneath my gown without it falling off my shoulder - the size is great for keeping small bits like lipglosses or hand sanitiser and my card holder.
