I really like this bag but on the first trip out the snap for the laptop sleeve broke off. Coach providing free repair.

I was extremely apprehensive about the color when I ordered the backpack. But my fears quickly dissipated when I opened my package and saw the bag in its glory. It has a rich, deep, masculine color that will stand out among leather backpacks. It's features are obvious and discernable. They're exactly what I want. But the color will make me proud to carry this everywhere. It's an "eye-catcher" and it's already received raves from friends and family.

It was the most perfect Father's Day present, for a guy that has been duct taping his old Eddie Bauer leather backpack since I was in high school (I'm almost 43 now). He thought the blue was "sharp". His 80th birthday is in a few weeks, so I may very well get some matching accessories to go with it! Thanks again!
