Coach products are handcrafted from the finest materials to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one year warranty on our handbags, briefcases and small leather goods. For any manufacturing defects within this warranty time frame, repairs are on us. We invite you to bring your item into one of our Coach Retail stores (click here for locations). If unable to visit a Coach store, you may ship your item to Coach for repair assessment. We recommend shipping by insured traceable means, such as UPS or insured mail. Please send to:

Please include a note with your address, daytime phone number, email address and specifics about the requested repair or use our Repair Service Request Form, which you can print out and send to Coach along with your repair item.

Coach sunglasses are protected from the date of purchase by a Coach Sunglass two-year limited warranty. If the Sunglasses prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first two (2) years, we will repair or replace the Coach Sunglasses.

For Sunglass repairs on product outside the two-year warranty or damage other than quality, the manufacture, Luxottica, may offer repairs for a fee. Complete the Sunglass Repair Service Request form and email the completed form with a scanned copy of the receipt to Including photos of the sunglasses will help Luxottica assess the nature of the repair and parts required. Once evaluated, Luxottica may request your Sunglasses be sent to their repairs department address, listed on the form. A non-refundable processing fee of $12.50 will be applied for each pair of sunglasses. Completed repairs can only be shipped to a US shipping address. Coach timepieces are protected from the date of purchase by a Coach Watch Two-year limited warranty.  Watches must be purchased from an Authorized Coach Watch Dealer, as evidenced by a valid warranty card and proof of purchase.  In the event of any defect (within the first Two years) in material or workmanship to the watch movement or flaking and peeling, send the timepiece to the address listed below and include a Watch Repair Service Request form.

To preserve the finish on your sterling silver or fashion jewelry, always store it in a Coach jewelry pouch. Always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering or bathing or cleaning with household chemicals, especially ones containing bleach or ammonia. Be sure to apply hairspray, creams, makeup and fragrance prior to putting on your jewelry.

Clean sterling silver items with a silver polishing cloth for the best shine, or use a soft, pure-cotton cloth. To minimize oxidation, store sterling silver in a Coach anti-tarnish felt pouch and avoid exposure to the most common tarnish-causing elements: humidity, salt, wool, rubber bands, oils on your hands and sulfur in the air (often found in urban pollution). Wipe items clean after wearing before returning them to their pouch.

Sterling silver items worn continually will develop a patina—a warm glow with darker areas—as a result of contact with the air and oils in the skin. If you prefer a bright and shiny finish, use polish or a Coach polishing cloth to restore the original shine.
Coach fashion jewelry is plated with gold, palladium and other precious-metal finishes. To keep plated jewelry shiny, wipe it clean frequently with a soft cloth and store it in a Coach felt pouch. Fasten bracelet and necklace clasps before storing to prevent tangling.

To protect the plated finishes, clean them only with a soft cloth. Do not polish them with any type of jewelry cleaner or use treated cloths, cleaning solutions or solvents. Never let plated jewelry come in contact with abrasive creams, toothpaste, brushes, paper towels or tissue paper, as these can scratch the finish.

Do not expose leather jewelry to water or any form of moisture, and always make sure your plated jewelry is dry prior to storing—moisture leads to tarnish.
Rinse with warm water to remove dust particles. Use non-moisturized liquid soap to clean sunwear. Dry with a maxi-velvet cleaning cloth.
We make our products with various types of fabrics and leathers. Leather can be cleaned and restored with our Coach Cleaner and Moisturizer Set. The signature jacquard fabric can be cleaned with our Coach Signature Fabric Cleaner. We do not suggest the cleaners or moisturizer be used on ink, grease or oil stains. We offer a brush and eraser to clean our suede and Nubuck products.

Sig C Fabric Cleaner:
Apply a small amount of cleaner to a clean soft white cloth and rub in gentle circular motions. Wipe away excess with a clean white dampened cloth. Blot dry with a clean white cloth and allow to air dry completely before reuse. For best results, use product sparingly and blot dry completely after cleaning to minimize wetting the surface and to reduce the likelihood of leaving rings. Please use the Sig C Fabric Cleaner as directed by the care card.

Leather Cleaner:
To remove dirt, apply a small amount with a clean, soft cloth using circular strokes. Wipe off residue and let dry for 30 minutes. We recommend using Coach Leather Moisturizer after cleaning to enhance the luster. Please use the Coach Leather Cleaner as directed by the care card.

Leather Moisturizer:
To remove dirt and condition after cleaning, apply evenly with a clean, soft cloth using circular strokes. Wipe off residue and buff gently to produce a natural luster. Please use the Coach Leather Moisturizer as directed by the care card.
At this time, we are unable to offer repair service for our customers who reside outside the United States and Canada. Please contact your local Coach Store for assistance with your repair request.

Should your item fall outside the one-year repair policy, we offer a repair service for some of our products. There is a $20 evaluation and processing fee for each item submitted for repair. Please call 1-800-444-3611 or email for more information.
