NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE OR INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU TO THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
ENTRY PERIOD:
Promotion begins on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 12:00PM ET and ends at 11:59PM ET on Friday, December 24, 2021, or until such time as all Prizes (as defined below) are claimed (“Entry Period”). Within the Entry Period, a new set of ten (10) NFTs will be released each day at 12:00PM ET.
WHO MAY ENTER:
This Coach Snow City Characters NFT promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (including Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and have access to the Internet. Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate family members and members of the same household) of Tapestry, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the foregoing entities. For purposes of this Promotion, immediate family members are defined as spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Void outside the jurisdictions listed and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. By participating in the Promotion, each participant represents and warrants that he or she meets the eligibility requirements and acknowledges that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will disqualify participant from the Promotion. Each Participant may only enter the Promotion as an individual and not as part of a group.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period, visit NFT.Coach.com. Either sign-up using your email address and creating a password (which will automatically create a crypto Coach Wallet) or log-in with an existing crypto wallet. Once logged-in, click the “CLAIM” button on the NFT of your choice (if available) and the NFT will be moved into your crypto wallet. A new character NFT will be released each day of the Promotion Period. LIMIT ONE ENTRY/NFT CLAIM PER PERSON/PER EMAIL ADDRESS. MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL BE VOID.All entrant information, including e-mail address (if applicable), is subject to the Privacy Policy (https://www.coach.com/support/privacy-policy) of Sponsor.
SELECTION OF WINNER:
The first ten (10) people each day (eighty (80) total) to visit NFT.Coach.com and successfully claim an NFT shall be the winners. NFTs can be claimed on a first come, first served basis. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the timing of those entries.If a winner does not complete the sign-up for a Coach Wallet or otherwise log-in with an existing, compatible crypto wallet, the NFT will not be claimed and will be available to be claimed by another potential winner. If a potential winner is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the Prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
Sponsor has complete discretion over the selection of the winners and the interpretation of the Official Rules and administration of the Promotion. Decisions of Sponsor as to the administration of the Promotion, interpretation of the Official Rules and the selection of the winners will be final.
PRIZES: Eighty (80) prizes (ten (10) each of eight (8) different Snow City characters) consisting of an NFT + a Made to Order Coach Rogue 17 handbag (ARV: $550.00USD each) (each, a “Prize”). The NFT portion of the Prize will be delivered to the winner’s crypto wallet upon being claimed. Each NFT will include a one-time use only “Redeem” button that will allow the current holder of the NFT to create/claim his/her Made to Order Coach Rogue 17 handbag any time in 2022. (Made to Order Coach Rogue 17 handbag can be redeemed by US residents only. Attempts to claim the Made to Order Coach Rogue 17 handbag from outside the US shall be void.)
To collect the Made to Order Coach Rogue 17 handbag, complete the following steps.
Once created, the Made to Order Rogue 17 handbag will be mailed to winners at the address provided by each winner. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery. The Made to Order Rogue 17 handbag must be redeemed in 2022 or will be forfeited. If, due to customs or for other reasons, winner cannot accept the Rogue, the Made to Order Rogue 17 handbag will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a Prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Each winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable all federal, state and/or local taxes (including income and withholding taxes on any Prize), and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize(s) they receive. The ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Unclaimed/unfound Prize will not be awarded. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each individual winner.
RELEASES, WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS:
By accepting a Prize, each winner (except where prohibited) consents to the use by Sponsor and its designees of his/her name, city and jurisdiction of residence and/or likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or compensation or permission.
By entering into the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents representatives, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes (including, without limitation, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death, violation of rights of publicity or privacy, or claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light; or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property).
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion (or any portion thereof) for any reason, including if virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness, judging, integrity or proper operation of this Promotion (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners, if any, and award the Prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. The Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of participants in connection with this Promotion, including participants’ attempts to circumvent these Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, no liability or responsibility is assumed by the Released Parties resulting from any user’s participation in or attempt to participate in the Promotion or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with participating in the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, posts, comments, e-mail or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, wireless towers or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed tweets, e-mail notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, wireless service, ,mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of this Promotion, the processing of entries, or the announcement of the Prizes or in any Promotion-related materials.
GOVERNING LAW:
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's laws.
