ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR RESPECTIVE PROVINCE/TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE. VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Tapestry, Inc. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: Between 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 20, 2026 and 11:59 AM ET on August 26, 2026, visit the @coach profile page on Instagram, find the post about the sweepstakes, and comment on the post with a book recommendation. If you do not do so already, you must also follow @coach on Instagram in order to be eligible. All entries must be received by August 26, 2026 at 11:59 AM ET. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, macro, automated or other means with the intent to subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from any person will be void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. Each entrant must have a valid Instagram account and must follow and be able to receive direct messages from Sponsor's @coash Instagram account to enter. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply (as applicable). You can unfollow @coach any time after the winners have been announced.
If it is discovered by Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by Sponsor) that an individual has attempted to use multiple names, multiple identities, or multiple Instagram accounts to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this sweepstakes, then such participant may be disqualified in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor's image and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any comment that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules.
DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about [August 27th, 2026] from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by Instagram direct message by @coach and must respond within the time period indicated in the notification. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit (or declaration) of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period specified, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected. If a potential winner is resident of Canada, they will also be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize. Failure to correctly answer the time-limited skill-testing question (if applicable) will result in forfeiture of the prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which the prize shall remain unawarded. Prizes will be mailed to address provided at time of winner verification.
PRIZES (10): There are ten (10) prizes available to be won, each consisting of a Coach Notebook Charm. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US$95.00. Total ARV of all prizes: USD$950. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer any prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its affiliates and its and their respective licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, worldwide fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state/province/territory of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, such entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor and Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, posts, direct messages, email, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties that may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or any social platform. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or social platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting and using personal data about entrants to administer their participation in the sweepstakes and to contact the winners.
