We want you to love your Coach product, but we get that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail or to a Coach store within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. Note that shipping and gift box costs are non-refundable.

Made-to-order, customized or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes pieces personalized via Coach Create, bags with monogrammed hangtags and belts cut to size. However, if you're not satisfied with your customized Coach Create piece, bring it to a Coach store with customization services—our craftsmen will switch out your embellishments for free.
We offer full refunds (except for shipping and gift box costs) when you return your item in-person at Coach stores. Find your nearest one here.
You can return your new and unused item(s) by mail using a pre-paid shipping label or by shipping via insured, traceable means (such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx) to the following address.

When using our pre-paid label, $7 will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received, it could take up to 7-14 business days for it to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your financial institution to credit your account.
Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will receive a Coach Merchandise Card (store credit).
